Changed your mind and do not wish to buy the product that you have ordered? No issues. 
We accept cancellation of your order if your order has not been dispatched from our location.
You can visit  “My Account”  on the home page and request for a cancellation. After the cancellation of a pre-paid Order, a full refund will be initiated to your account within 3-4 working days through the same mode that you had used for the payment.

If your order quantity is smaller than the full lump and we have cut the fabric from the lump then we would not be able to take cancellation of the order. The cut fabric is of no use once cut from the lump of fabric which is anywhere between 70 – 100 meters and hence we would not be able to take cancellation for the same.
